What are the effects of Thai god and Buddha amulets

From ancient times to the present, there are many legendary stories about Buddha amulets. Generally speaking, people wear Buddha amulets not only for decoration, but in many cases for luck, wealth, and to ward off evil. There are many categories of Thai god and Buddha amulets, and different amulets have different effects. The following is an introduction to the effects of various Thai amulets that the editor has collected for everyone. Friends who love amulets can refer to it.

Thai Buddha amulet effects:

Thailand's Buddhist culture has a long history, and the production of Buddha amulets can be traced back to more than 1,000 years ago. In the long course of history, many famous monks and masters have been born. The types of holy objects they have supervised are also very diverse. Here, Buddha’s Way will only give a simple introduction to the types of Thai Buddha amulets.

1. The Five Ancient Buddhas (Phra Benjapakee) include: Phra Somdej, Songkor (also known as Phra Somdej), Nang Phaya (also known as Queen Buddha), Paro (Buddha of Liberation), and Phongsuphan (Buddha of Eternal Destiny). In fact, there are far more than five types of ancient amulets, but some have not been well developed and their unique methods have been lost, such as Phra Nampong. Then the Phra Somdej amulet that mainland friends are more familiar with was created by Master Ajahn Toh, but among the Five Ancient Buddhas, it actually has the shortest history. Palo has a long history, and the larger ones are called Pakong.

2. Phra Buddha Chinnarat: Known as the Buddha statue with the most beautiful appearance, the Phra Buddha Chinnarat blessed by more than 2485 eminent monks is one of the top successful Buddhas in modern times. The current Success Buddha statue at the Success Buddha Temple is the best in Thailand;

3. Phra Buddha Sothorn: The top-grade Phra Buddha Sothorn is very expensive. Some Thai Buddhists say that this sacred object can also help in having children, but the actual effect of wearing it should vary from person to person.

4. Wealth Turtle: The top masters in Thailand are Luang Pu Le and Luang Pu Shen Ni. The two masters have different styles, but the effects are both very good;

5. Four-Faced God (Phra Phrom): Let me make it clear to everyone that it is not called the Four-Faced Buddha. It is wrong no matter where you see it. The four-faced god is one of the three main gods of Hinduism, Lord Brahma, the god of creation, and a kind of god. In Thailand, he is known as the god of wishes.

6. Nanguat: This is a type of offering that attracts money and customers that can often be seen in small shops in Thailand. Of course, some people wear it. For its appearance, please refer to the lucky cat.

7. The goddess of the earth, with long hair falling to the ground, drowning the demon king, protecting the Buddha, and guarding the holy objects of good type;

8. Weekly Buddhas: including: Enlightenment Buddha on Sunday, Peace Buddha on Monday, Nirvana Buddha on Tuesday, Begging Buddha on Wednesday

9. Guanyin: A sacred object of Chinese Buddhism. Many temples in Thailand are now slowly producing it in large quantities, which helps to make life better.

10. Tiger King: A type of amulet that helps with official luck;

11. Yantong: What needs to be said here is that the production of Yantong depends on the master. The masters of the authentic temples can be worn. If the masters are not good, they may use black magic to make such a brand, so it is not recommended to wear it;

12. Sky Eye: Helps the wearer make the right decision;

13. Lucky Fish: It has the meaning of reproduction and vitality. It is the signature sacred object of Luang Pu Chong, who has very powerful magical powers. Anyone who hangs Lucky Fish in his shop will have very good business.

14. Popularity Bird: As the name suggests, it is very popular with people. What it says and what it does are more likely to be accepted by others.

15. Shining Buddha: The Shining Buddha of Wat Lingkaw in history was blessed by Master Ajahn Toh, and should be considered as the most famous Shining Buddha.

Precautions for wearing Thai Buddha amulets:

The order of wearing amulets: Buddha, God, Monk, Immortal, Spiritual Animal, Others

Phra Somdej must be placed in the middle. If there is no Phra Somdej, the amulet with the image of Dharma should be placed in the middle, such as the Emerald Buddha, Nang Phaya, Sothong Buddha, Paknam Buddha, etc., followed by the deity and then the image of the monk himself. In addition, the amulets without the image of Dharma, such as the Lucky Star, Balaji, Luong, etc., can be worn on the waist.
