Stir-frying spareribs like this is simple and delicious

Scallion pork ribs noodles

Material

1 pork chop 1 piece of ginger 2 scallions 1 small carrot 1/3 white radish 2 small cauliflowers 2 bunches of noodles Some chicken broth Some salt Some pepper 1/5 cup soy sauce Some water 1 spoon sugar 3/10 cup soy sauce Some rice wine 1 spoon sugar Some cornstarch

Wash the pork ribs and cut into small pieces, slice the ginger, cut the green onions into sections and mince them, cut the red and white radishes into small pieces, and wash the cauliflower and set aside.

Put the pork ribs, scallion slices and scallion sections into the marinade (3/10 cup soy sauce, a little rice wine, 1 spoon of sugar, a little cornstarch) and set aside until they are seasoned.

Take a wok and sauté scallion and ginger slices, then add the ingredients from step 2 and fry until slightly charred. Add the soy sauce, sugar and a little water to simmer until the ribs are cooked and the soup is slightly dry. Set aside.

In another pot, add chicken broth and carrots and radish to simmer, and season with salt and pepper as appropriate.

Take another pot to blanch noodles and broccoli, and when cooked, place them in a bowl, add chicken broth, red and white radish, and step 3, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Tips

Adding a little salt and olive oil to the water when blanching rapeseed can keep the vegetables green and refreshing.
