Some people in life find nodules in their left breast. This chronic disease makes people extremely uncomfortable, but people do not know how to treat breast nodules. In fact, patients can be treated through methods such as soothing the liver and regulating qi, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, unblocking the milk meridians, resolving phlegm, softening hard masses, reducing swelling and dispersing nodules, as well as scraping. These methods can help patients relieve pain. 1. Causes Breast nodules are structural degenerative lesions of breast tissue ducts and lobules and progressive growth of connective tissue. The main cause of the disease is endocrine hormone imbalance. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that if the emotions are not smooth, the liver qi cannot be discharged normally, resulting in qi stagnation and blood stasis. People with Chong and Ren disorders often have menstrual disorders and facial pigmentation. Modern medicine believes that marriage, childbirth, diet, the external environment in which people live, and genetic factors are the main causes of breast disease. Modern Western medicine believes that marriage, childbirth, diet, the external environment in which people live, and genetic factors are the main causes of breast disease. 2. Disease symptoms It is mainly characterized by cyclical breast pain. Initially, it is a diffuse distension and pain, and the tenderness is more obvious on the upper outer side and upper middle part of the breast. The pain worsens before menstruation every month and decreases or disappears after menstruation. In severe cases, there is persistent pain before and after menstruation. Sometimes the pain radiates to the armpits, shoulders, back, upper limbs, etc. Patients often report that they have a lump in their breast, but clinical examination only reveals thickened mammary glands. In very rare cases of simple lobular breast hyperplasia in adolescence, the disease can heal itself in about 2 years, but most patients need treatment. Don't endure it. 3. Clinical manifestations The clinical manifestations of breast nodule are often breast pain and breast lumps, and in some cases nipple discharge. The symptoms of breast pain are often unstable. They may worsen before menstruation and often worsen with mood changes, fatigue, and weather changes. If the pain lasts for more than 3 months and affects your daily work and life, drug intervention is needed. It is recommended to eat less irritating foods, such as spicy food, strong tea, coffee, and cola. Breast lumps are the main basis for diagnosing breast diseases. Most of them are multiple, with different sizes and hard or tough texture. The lumps are not adhered to the skin, and the surface of the lumps is often not smooth and feels granular to the touch. Some patients have nipple discharge, which is mostly cool, colorless and serous. If the discharge is yellow or bloody and the amount is large, it may be pathological and should be taken seriously, and you should go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time. In addition, some patients with breast hyperplasia also have systemic symptoms such as bitter taste in the mouth, distension in the ribs, chest tightness, anorexia, and menstrual disorders. 4. Disease treatment Since breast hyperplasia is mainly caused by hormonal imbalance, treatment should start with regulating endocrine system. The traditional Chinese medicine Hunyuan Paste has its unique features, especially for those suffering from Chong and Ren disorders, constipation, and combined with breast hyperplasia. The goal of completely curing breast hyperplasia is achieved through the principle of continuous drug administration and osmotic absorption. TCM's external treatment of internal diseases At present, the best way to treat breast hyperplasia is the treatment principle of traditional Chinese medicine: (1) Soothe the liver and regulate qi, and regulate qi flow. The nipples and breasts are where the liver meridian runs. Women's innate liver is responsible for storing blood and regulating discharge. The liver is yin in nature but uses yang, making it easy for them to become depressed. People with breast lumps often have depressed temperament, excessive worries, or irritability, chest tightness and belching. Breast pain and changes in the size of the lump are also often related to emotional changes. Liver depression and qi stagnation have an important influence on the pathogenesis of breast problems. When the seven emotions are not smooth, the liver loses its smooth function, and liver depression and qi stagnation accumulate in the intestinal network, causing pain and lumps. Therefore, soothing the liver and regulating qi, and regulating qi are the main principles for treating breast lumps. (2) Promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis, and dredge the milk meridians. Breast pain and lumps are the main symptoms, both of which are characteristic manifestations of blood stasis syndrome. Worry, anger, depression and unhappiness will inevitably lead to poor liver qi and stagnation of qi, which will last for a long time and spread to the inside, causing blood circulation to be blocked and menstruation to be blocked, unable to fill the uterus and unable to overflow into the breasts. The milk meridians are blocked, qi stagnates and blood stagnates, forming lumps, which will cause pain. Before menstruation, the Chong and Ren meridians are filled with blood, causing breast swelling and pain to worsen. After menstruation, the Qi and blood are released, and the swelling and pain are relieved. It can be seen that it is inevitable for people with breast problems to develop blood stasis. During treatment, we must pay attention to promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, as well as unblocking the milk collaterals. (3) It can resolve phlegm, soften hard masses, reduce swelling and disperse lumps. Worrying too much can damage the spleen or cause liver depression and qi stagnation, which can go against the spleen and earth, and can cause the spleen to lose its healthy function, internal generation of phlegm and dampness, insufficient kidney qi, and malnutrition of the Chong and Ren meridians. If the spleen yang cannot be warmed, semen cannot be transported and transformed, and moisture accumulates to form phlegm. Liver depression lasts for a long time, turning into heat and fire, burning body fluid into phlegm. Phlegm, Qi, and blood stasis combine to form breast lumps. Therefore, phlegm congestion has a certain influence on the pathogenesis of breast diseases. Resolving phlegm, softening hard masses, reducing swelling and dispersing nodules can help the swelling and pain disappear without a trace. |
