How to brew chrysanthemum tea?

Chrysanthemum tea is currently the most common tea. Many people think that they can just put chrysanthemums in hot water and drink it directly. There is no need to control the time. In fact, if you want chrysanthemum tea to exert its real effect and taste its real taste, the method is still very important. First, we need to wash the tea leaves, and then make tea. We need to use boiling water at about 100 to 90 degrees, and repeat it about twice.

Step 1: Wash the tea

Although chrysanthemums are different from tea leaves, don't forget that a lot of dust and oil will be mixed into chrysanthemums during the drying process, so they must be soaked in 80-degree hot water for 3 to 5 seconds and then the water must be quickly filtered out. Because over time, the nutrients of the chrysanthemum will be filtered out, and this contradiction must be mastered at the best golden combination point.

Step 2: Brew the tea

Pour 100-degree boiling water or hot water cooled to 90 degrees into the chrysanthemum, leave it for 5 minutes and then drink it. Please note that the hot water must be poured into the chrysanthemums instead of the chrysanthemums being put into the hot water. This is because the hot water will stir the chrysanthemums, making them fully soaked without you having to stir them specifically. But if you put the chrysanthemums into hot water, you still have to stir them, otherwise the chrysanthemums will float on the water.

Step 3: Repeat the soaking

Regarding the number of times you soak it, you can only soak it twice. If you soak it more than three times, for example, it will be meaningless. It will no longer have any nutritional value and it will just be a waste of your effort.
