The more acidic the body fluid, the more symptoms such as memory loss, decreased thinking ability, neurasthenia, and many diseases will be caused.

2. Mitigation Methods

Therefore, friends who are sore all over, if you want to get rid of the trouble of physical discomfort, you should start from the following three aspects:

1) Regulate the spleen and stomach, improve their metabolic function, and excrete acidic substances in food in time.

2) Reduce the intake of acidic foods, such as refined rice, white flour, white sugar, peanuts, chicken, duck, fish, shrimp, eggs, alcohol, shellfish, etc. Whether food is acidic or alkaline is not determined by taste, but depends on the types and quantities of elements contained in the food. By using the combustion method and measuring the residual ash water solution, the acidity and alkalinity of the food can be determined. Generally speaking, acidic foods refer to foods that contain inorganic salts that can form acids in the human body, such as phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine and other elements, which can make body fluids appear acidic.

3) Eat alkaline foods (foods that form alkaline inorganic salts in the body, such as foods dominated by elements such as calcium, sodium, potassium, iron, and magnesium, which can make body fluids alkaline) to neutralize the acid water in the body and improve the pH value of the blood. Alkaline foods include: vegetables, fruits, milk, soy products, tea, kelp, etc.
