(2) The main cause of blindness due to high myopia is complications, such as retinopathy, glaucoma, and amblyopia, which all require special prevention. In addition to paying attention to changes in vision, you should also pay attention to any other abnormal phenomena that appear in the eyes in the early stage, such as flashes, floaters, visual field defects, progressive or sudden decrease in vision, as well as eye soreness, pain and night blindness.
