I have stomach pain because my period didn't come. Be careful of pregnancy

Female friends, if your menstruation has always been normal but has stopped menstruating and you also have abdominal pain, you should be alert to whether you are pregnant. In addition to stopping menstruation, the symptoms of early pregnancy include fatigue, frequent urination, irritability, and vomiting, so you should be more careful.

1. Menopause

Perhaps the most obvious sign of pregnancy is the absence of menstruation. This symptom causes women to notice more symptoms of pregnancy.

A healthy woman's menstruation usually comes on a monthly basis. If it does not come after the due date, the first thing to think of is the possibility of pregnancy. Generally speaking, if a week has passed since the menstrual period, the doctor can roughly detect signs of pregnancy; if it is one month past due, pregnancy is easier to confirm. Some women, even though they are pregnant, still have their period once or twice when they should, but the amount of blood is less than usual and the duration is shorter.

Some women may experience only milder symptoms than usual. They may not notice any of the following symptoms before they discover menopause.

2. Fatigue

One of the early symptoms of pregnancy is fatigue. You might go to bed earlier but find it harder to get up in the morning. If you have a job, at 10 p.m. you'll feel like you need to lie down somewhere and take a break. Exercise becomes a high-consumption activity. Simple activities such as shopping can make you feel very tired or even light-headed. All of these symptoms are caused by the increase of hormones in your body.

In early pregnancy, many women feel tired, lack energy, and want to sleep. But this period will not last too long and will pass quickly. Generally speaking, if a woman with a normal sexual life still does not have her period one week after her menstrual cycle, she should go to the hospital to check her urine to determine whether she is pregnant.

If you know you are pregnant, take naps for 15 to 30 minutes when you need them. Tell your family, friends, and coworkers that you really need these breaks. And ask them for help in setting your own personal rest schedule.

3. Increased frequency of going to the bathroom

One of the signs that other people will notice you're pregnant is that you're visiting the bathroom more frequently. Your family or friends will tell you that you are going to the bathroom more often than before. The reason for this phenomenon is that the expanded uterus puts pressure on the bladder.

In the early stages of pregnancy, many women experience frequent urination, some as often as once an hour. This is a natural phenomenon and does not require treatment.

Also, pregnancy causes the kidneys and bladder to produce more fluid. This causes you to go to the bathroom more frequently. And, I'm sorry to tell you: this symptom will continue to appear for the next 9 months.

4. Nausea

One of the symptoms of pregnancy is nausea and stuffiness. This may surprise you completely unprepared. This symptom may appear as early as the first week of pregnancy. Many women vomit when they drink coffee or eat breakfast on an empty stomach in the morning. This is what people call morning sickness. Some pregnant women feel nauseous in the afternoon or evening. Others may feel nauseous all day long.

Eating small, frequent meals can alleviate this symptom. Some pregnant women find canned sardines and milk helpful in relieving nausea and stuffiness. This symptom will gradually begin to appear one month after the beginning of pregnancy. When you enter the sixth month, its severity will gradually decrease as the human body slowly adapts to the various changes in the body caused by pregnancy.

5. Morning sickness

This is a well-known sign of pregnancy that is associated with the nausea symptom. It can be caused by many things. You're craving something to eat but you haven't eaten all night, which makes you feel nauseous. More hormones in the body than usual can also cause morning sickness. If you are sensitive to aromas and food, then your morning coffee may not be for you. The breakfast you normally eat may not digest well in your stomach at this time. One woman who regularly ate scones and coffee for breakfast found herself nauseated by the two foods during pregnancy. She then switched to tea and toast for breakfast and found that it suited her very well. Every pregnant woman is different, so a variety of foods can cause morning sickness.

6. Emotional and irritable

With so many pregnancy symptoms to deal with, plus a sudden increase in hormones, is it any wonder that pregnant women are often moody and irritable? On top of that, women have to adjust their emotions to accept a whole new set of responsibilities. Their world has changed. Although some expectant mothers have carefully planned their pregnancy affairs, they are often troubled by issues such as the timing of pregnancy, their career, finances, insurance, emergency matters, mother-child relationship and even future life.

It is natural for pregnant women to feel mixed emotions, whether they are surprised, depressed, happy or sad, laughing or crying, these are all natural expressions of their mixed emotions. Your partner may be confused by this and may even be less supportive. Pregnant women need to explain to their partners that the emotional ups and downs are caused by pregnancy and that they need their partner's understanding and support.
