Although in daily life, we recommend eating more fruits, which is better for health, but in fact, people with high blood sugar are not suitable to eat fruits with high sugar content, such as grapes, pineapple, mango, dragon fruit, etc.

1. American grapes: Grape skins and seeds contain antioxidants, which have a preventive effect on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The sugar content is high, and the calories in ten grapes are equivalent to the calories in two taels of rice. Diabetic patients should not eat too much.

People with allergies may suffer from allergies just by touching the peel, so people with allergies should be careful when eating them. Eating pineapples and mangoes soaked in salt water does not reduce the chance of allergies, but can only improve the taste.

However, since the natural glucose it contains is easily absorbed, diabetics should not eat too much in one meal. People with gastrointestinal disorders and prone to diarrhea should also eat less.

5. Sugar-apple: Every 100 grams of sugar-apple can contain 15.3%~18.3% total sugar and 265 mg of vitamin C. Because sugar apple has a sweet taste and a high sugar content. Diabetics should eat it with caution.
