2. Pineapple and mango: Both are common tropical fruits with a high glycemic index. Diabetic patients should not eat too much of them. Both are allergenic foods. People with allergies may suffer from allergies just by touching the peel, so people with allergies should be careful when eating them. Eating pineapples and mangoes soaked in salt water does not reduce the chance of allergies, but can only improve the taste.

It can prevent constipation and help bowel movements, and is also used as a "weight loss fruit." 5. Sugar-apple: Every 100 grams of sugar-apple can contain 15.3%~18.3% total sugar and 265 mg of vitamin C. Because sugar apple has a sweet taste and a high sugar content. Diabetics should eat it with caution.

6. Durian: The protein and fat content are not high. The glycemic index is about 42, which is not very high, but 2/3 of the ingredients are sugar. For people with high blood sugar, high or low blood pressure, poor heart function, or gastrointestinal ulcers, they should still be cautious when eating durian. It is best to reduce the amount of food before eating durian to avoid excessive calorie intake and aggravate the original disease.
