How to do facial massage by yourself, teach you 7 steps

Facial massage can greatly help the blood circulation of the face, reduce facial wrinkles, delay facial aging, and beautify the skin. However, there must be a correct method for facial massage, otherwise it will only backfire. Today I will teach you a good trick that you can do in just 5 minutes a day.

Step 1: Use the center of the eyebrows as the base point to make large circles and massage, spreading to the entire forehead. Use the index finger, middle finger, and ring finger to use the center of the eyebrows as the base point to make large circles towards the temples. The skin feels like it is being pulled upwards, so massage the temples accordingly.

Step 2: This step targets the often forgotten nose. Use the middle finger to gently massage both sides of the nose in a straight line downward. This has the effect of stretching the skin and preventing the appearance of horizontal lines. Massage each side 3 times; place the middle finger close to the nasal groove, and move up and down little by little, about 6 times. Makes accumulated dirt come out. To dissolve excess sebum, apply a little pressure.

Step 3: At the corners of the mouth that are prone to drooping, quickly lift them up and use the tips of your middle and ring fingers to slide from the center of the lower lip to the left and right corners of the mouth for massage. This can help relieve sagging skin, about 3 times.

Step 4: Massage the cheeks vigorously. Use the middle and ring fingers to make circular massage movements toward the left and right ears, with the jaw as the center. Massage all over face using large finger movements, about 3 times.

Step 5: Gently stimulate the temples to promote lymphatic circulation. Push the temples again with a force that feels comfortable to you. The temples control lymphatic flow, so gently press them to promote circulation.

Step 6: Massage the area around the eyes, which is prone to fatigue and swelling, carefully to promote blood circulation. Starting from the corner of the eye, use the middle and ring fingers to cover the entire eye area, and gently stroke outwards, about 3 times. At this time, gently push the temple again.

Step 7: Massage the neck where blood vessels and lymph nodes are concentrated with a little force. If the massage cream is not enough, you can add it again. Use your entire palm to lift from bottom to top, apply light force in the center of the neck and slightly increase the strength on both sides. It is easier to move your lower jaw upward during massage.
