Overuse of the brain is a new term in recent years, mainly caused by the excessive pressure from work and study. Frequent overuse of the brain is harmful to human health. Let us take a closer look at the dangers of excessive brain use!

1. The excitation and inhibition states of brain nerves are disrupted and learning has stopped. However, the excitement of the mind is hard to suppress. The things learned during the day keep floating in front of my eyes and cannot go away, which affects my sleep and causes me to have many dreams and wake up easily. 2. Excessive consumption of brain energy.
