How to change uneven shoulders with one movement

Uneven shoulders are quite common in our daily life. In fact, we can solve it through certain fire prevention methods and techniques. We should change bad living habits, do not cross our legs, reduce the number of times we carry our quilt on one shoulder, and do more yoga exercises.

1. First of all, correct bad living habits: correct the habit of crossing your legs, reduce the chance of carrying a single-shoulder bag, or take turns carrying it, reduce the chance of carrying heavy objects with one hand, or carry them with both hands alternately. In short, follow the principle of balance.

2. Exercise your back muscles more often to make them even-toned and prevent strain. You can do the following movements: open your feet to shoulder width, put your hands up, palms facing each other, and use your hands to bend your upper body downward until your back is parallel to the ground. Adjust your center of gravity, move forward slightly, breathe evenly, and hold for about 1 minute. This movement can effectively relieve back discomfort, thereby preventing and alleviating high and low back. When practicing this movement, it is best to practice in front of a mirror to prevent an uneven back, or you can ask others to correct you. Practice 5 to 6 sets every day. You can also do other back stretching exercises

3. Practice the downward dog pose in yoga more often, and do 3 to 5 sets every day. It would be better if there is a yoga instructor to guide the practice!

4. Do pull-ups, but I haven’t tried this myself because I don’t have enough arm strength. So far, I haven’t succeeded. I can only blame myself for being a weak girl! However, theoretically it should still be useful. Some people do see improvements after practicing for a period of time, but you must keep the force in both arms evenly applied.

5. If the condition is serious, it is recommended to go to the orthopedic department for examination and correction. Do not just muddle through. Use effective and formal methods for timely treatment. If the situation is not very serious, you can still get the desired effect by starting with your lifestyle habits and combining them with some exercise.
