Why do your hands and feet get hot and sweaty? Four common factors

In summer, many people will experience hot hands and feet and sweating. First of all, it is related to the hot weather. The second most important reason is spleen deficiency. Nowadays, people have irregular lives and bad eating habits, which can easily cause spleen deficiency and require timely adjustment.

1. Hot weather . Humans are warm-blooded animals. In the hot summer, the human body is easily affected by the hot environment, especially those working outdoors. They must sweat a lot to ensure a constant temperature. Hands and feet are the parts of the body with the most active sweat glands. They have more capillaries and are easy to expand under high temperatures. It is normal for the hands and feet to become hot due to the large amount of heat dissipation.

2. Spleen deficiency leads to irregular diet, irregular eating times, frequent snacking, no restrictions on hot or cold foods, and frequent consumption of spicy and irritating foods. This can damage the spleen and stomach functions in the long term, causing gastrointestinal disorders, prone to fever, and excessive production of waste in the body that is excreted through the hands and feet, causing fever in the hands and feet.

3. Some people suffer from malnutrition due to improper treatment of vomiting, diarrhea, dysentery, parasitic diseases, etc., which lasts for a long time, damages qi and blood, and leads to malnutrition, resulting in malnutrition and fever. In addition to the common fever in the palms and soles of the feet, these people also have other symptoms such as sallow complexion, dry hair, distended abdomen, poor appetite, frequent ingestion of foreign objects, restless sleep, loose stools, undigested food, and yellow and turbid urine like rice water.

4. Some people suffer from blood deficiency and yin deficiency due to weak constitution, or due to lack of conditioning after a serious illness or fever, which leads to loss of yin and blood, and failure to restore vital energy. This part is often manifested as hot palms and soles, weight loss, mental depression, cough with little sputum, dizziness and tinnitus, dry mouth and tongue, hot flashes in the afternoon, red cheeks and night sweats, frequent urination, and constipation.
