What are the magical uses of safflower oil

Safflower oil is a Chinese medicine for external use that we are relatively familiar with. It is made from natural safflower and has a very good effect of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, and relieving pain. It also has a very good effect in helping women to relieve menstruation and pain. However, safflower oil has a pungent smell when used, and has a good therapeutic effect on the pregnant woman's body and fetal growth, so it is not recommended for pregnant women to use this drug.

Safflower can reduce the levels of total cholesterol, total fat, glyceryl trinitrate and non-esterified fatty acids in serum, and is effective in helping women to relieve menstruation and pain. There are currently two types of safflower oil: medicinal safflower oil and edible safflower oil. You should be cautious when choosing, especially medicinal safflower oil should never be taken. Women should not apply safflower oil during menstruation. As a commonly used trauma medicine, it has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and detumescent effects. It is used for bruises and pains, soft tissue contusions caused by sprains, rheumatic bone pain, dizziness and refreshing, etc. It is best for female friends not to use it during menstruation.

Women should not use blood-activating, blood-stasis-removing and collateral-dredging drugs during menstruation, but safflower oil, herbal oil for traumatic injury, etc. have strong blood-activating effects. If used during menstruation, it will disrupt normal physiological phenomena, causing excessive bleeding and blood coagulation. The self-physiological regulation of the endometrium will also be affected, which may cause iron deficiency anemia, dizziness, pale complexion and other symptoms. Safflower oil should be used 24 hours after injury, otherwise it will aggravate the injury.

When acute injury occurs, the capillaries around the subcutaneous soft tissue will rupture. In this case, blood-activating and blood-stasis-removing drugs should be used for rubbing to promote the circulation of micro-blood vessels in the body. However, it is not recommended to use it if there are abrasions and scrapes on the skin surface. During use, this drug should be avoided from contact with mucous membranes such as the eyes and mouth. If severe infection or suppuration occurs, you should go to the hospital in time to prevent the disease from continuing to develop and spread.
