4. Drink moderately. Drinking large amounts of alcohol can lead to a decline in sperm quality. Men should strictly follow the recommended amount of 14-28 standard drinks (containing 8-9 grams of alcohol) per day, while women should reduce this amount by half.

5. Say no to anesthesia. Anesthetics, drugs, etc. are also extremely harmful to sperm, and the effects can last for a long time.

6. Relax your mind. Excessive mental stress also has a negative impact on sperm growth. So men should do something to relax themselves, such as taking a walk, taking a bath, etc.

The above are some ways to improve sperm survival rate. In daily life, men should do more things that can relax their mood and body and mind. Don’t always take hot baths. If you take hot baths frequently, it will also cause low sperm survival rate. You should also have a balanced nutrition, don’t smoke or drink, and go out for a walk more often.
