Tracheitis is a very common disease, which brings great inconvenience to patients. Many people say that they have been treated for a long time, but there seems to be no effect. They are not sure whether they can be cured. So, can tracheitis be cured?

Treatment of tracheitis

1.Western medicine treatment. Patients often have coughs, and some antitussive drugs can be chosen as auxiliary treatments to reduce phlegm, relieve coughs, and alleviate patients' symptoms. For patients with concurrent bacterial infections, it is important to use some antibacterial drugs under the guidance of experts. When a baby becomes ill, family members should pay attention to adjusting the child's sleeping position to ensure that the child's breathing is unobstructed.

2. Treatment with traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine uses dialectical treatment to treat this disease, which is divided into three types: wind-cold, wind-heat and real heat. The causes of the disease are different, and the treatments are also different. The commonly used methods are to dispel wind and cold, clear heat and moisten the lungs.

3. Acute treatment. For the treatment of bronchitis in the acute stage, patients are generally given oral or injectable antibiotics, and some expectorant and cough suppressant drugs are selected to relieve the patient's persistent cough.

4. Treatment of chronic phase. The treatment of chronic bronchitis is mainly to prevent infection and use some anti-infection drugs. For patients with stubborn and long-term illnesses, you can also choose some drugs that enhance the body's immunity to completely cure the disease.

Injection vaccination: Use tracheitis vaccine, which is usually used before the outbreak season, and is injected subcutaneously once a week. The dose starts from 0.1ml and increases by 0.1-0.2ml each time until 0.5-1.0ml is the maintenance dose. If it is effective, it should be used for 1 to 2 years. The culture fluid of measles virus vaccine can be injected intramuscularly or subcutaneously twice a week, 2-4 ml each time; or BCG injection can be injected intramuscularly 3 times a week, 1 ml each time containing 0.5 mg of BCG extract. It can be used before the disease season and can be used for 3 consecutive months to reduce the incidence of colds and chronic bronchitis. Biostim is a glycoprotein extracted from Klebsiella pneumoniae. The first treatment is 8 days, 2 mg/d, and then stopped for 3 weeks; the second treatment is 8 days, 1 mg/d, and then stopped for 3 weeks; the third treatment is 8 days, 1 mg/d, and the course of treatment is 3 months. Can prevent chronic recurrent respiratory tract infections.
