What are the surgeries for bladder cancer?

Bladder cancer surgery uses different surgical methods according to different pathological types and different classifications. Urethrectomy, laser resection or cystectomy is the first choice for non-basal invasive bladder tumors. Radical cystectomy is the first choice for primary invasive bladder tumors, high-grade non-basic invasive bladder tumors and carcinoma in situ. Radical cystectomy has a slightly larger resection range and requires urine flow regulation. Some patients cannot tolerate radical cystectomy, which is also feasible. Minimally invasive surgery for bladder cancer is mainly suitable for simple bladder tumors, tumors confined to the bladder, no breakthrough of the serosal layer, no invasion of surrounding tissues, distant organ metastasis and lymph node metastasis. The scope and method of surgery should be determined according to the tumor stage, malignancy, pathological type, size, location and degree of involvement of adjacent organs.

Generally speaking, blood tests are necessary for diagnosing cancer and provide effective help for early diagnosis and treatment of cancer. Blood tests are an important means of detecting early cancer during physical examinations. If cancer occurs, tumor markers can be checked. Cancer examinations must be combined with some instruments, such as gastric cancer and gastroscopy, lung cancer through computer tomography. Some patients are afraid of the radioactive rejection reaction of gastroscopy and computer tomography, and eventually find that these cancers have metastasized. After the bladder tumor occurs, the patient performs poorly.
