How to prepare protein powder

How to prepare protein powder

Nowadays, many people pay special attention to health preservation. There are many kinds of health preservation products, and protein powder is one of them. Especially for people who exercise regularly, eating more protein powder can supplement the body's protein without accumulating too much fat. However, there is a certain method for brewing protein powder. The water temperature should not be too high to avoid losing more nutrients. It should also be stirred evenly to avoid the formation of foam as much as possible.

During the brewing process, be careful not to make the water too hot. Step 1: Prepare a cup of warm water.

Prepare a cup of warm water. The water temperature should not be too high, about 20 degrees. Too high a temperature will cause the protein powder to deteriorate, so it is better to keep it cooler.

Step 2: Pour in protein powder.

Generally speaking, it is best to mix a 300ml cup of water with a spoonful of protein powder. The spoonful should be a little full so that the brew will have better flavor.

Step 3: Stir with a small spoon.

The next step is to thoroughly mix the protein powder and water. At this time, try to use as much force as possible so that the protein powder can dissolve into the water as quickly as possible.

Step 4: Stir vigorously.

If you want to dissolve all the protein powder in water, you have to stir it vigorously, and then crush the undissolved parts so that it will taste better.

Step 5: Remove the foam.

After stirring thoroughly, you will see a lot of foam on the cup. At this time, use a spoon to remove the foam. It will taste great when you drink it. Of course, you can also add sugar appropriately to make it more delicious.

Step 6: Taste.

When all the bubbles are removed, you can taste the protein powder you made. I like the chocolate flavored one, so it smells very good every time I make it. You can try it.

Use warm (not scalding) water, or cold water. In addition, fruit juice drinks and milk are also acceptable. If you use boiling water, it will deteriorate and clump. Protein is mostly composed of peptides, which are made up of a large number of amino acid molecules connected end to end. When protein encounters high temperature, strong alkaline and heavy metal salts, it will denature, which means it is no longer protein powder.
