But in fact, whether running in the morning or at night is very good for the body, as long as you can stick to it. Moreover, the air is fresher in the morning, and running at night can make you lose weight faster and also help sleep, so it depends on your own habits.

For office workers in the city, some are working overtime at dusk, while others are rushing home. It is very unrealistic for them to squeeze out an hour for exercise every day during this busy time.

In fact, for most people with normal physique, physical exercise can be done at any time as long as it is avoided half an hour before meals, one hour after meals, and one hour before going to bed. If you have already developed the habit of morning exercise, you will definitely benefit a lot if you persist in it. There is no need to change to evening exercise.

There is a very simple way to measure whether you have enough exercise time and whether the exercise method is suitable for you: if after exercising for a period of time, you feel energetic, have a good appetite, and have good sleep quality, and if you get up early and measure your pulse, the number of beats per minute is about the same as before or has slowed down, then congratulations, this means that your current amount of exercise and exercise method are very suitable;

Things to note when exercising:

1. Keep warm. Do not neglect to keep warm when exercising, otherwise you will catch a cold. When the weather is cold, you can wait until your body warms up before gradually taking off your clothes. You don't have to take off your clothes immediately when you start exercising, and don't wait until you are sweating profusely to take off your clothes, otherwise you will easily catch a cold.

Exercise in foggy weather. Fog is composed of countless tiny water droplets, which contain a large amount of dust, pathogenic microorganisms and other harmful substances. If you exercise in foggy weather, due to the increased breathing volume, you will inevitably inhale more toxic substances, which will affect the oxygen supply.

If the air quality is better, it is recommended that you get up early and run, because running in the morning can refresh your brain. If you want to lose weight better, you can run after dinner at night. No matter which kind of running is very good for the body, so there is no need to worry about this issue for a long time, as long as you can stick to exercise.
