What folk remedies can be used to treat bone spurs in the thigh?

Bone spurs, which we often call bone hyperplasia, are a relatively common disease. Especially as the patient ages, the cartilage in the joints will degenerate and wear and tear will occur when they rub against each other. Of course, bone spurs are relatively normal, especially in the thigh area, which is more prone to bone spurs. So what folk remedies can be used to treat bone spurs in the thigh?

1. Take 150 grams of dog bones, smash and fry them until they turn yellow, soak them in 500 ml of white wine (above 50 degrees), and after 3 days, rub the affected area with ginger dipped in the wine, 3 times a day (it is best to drink 1 cup of this wine at the same time), and it will take half a month to heal.

2. Use 6-9 grams of Chuanxiong powder, an appropriate amount of Shanxi aged vinegar, and a small amount of medicinal Vaseline. Add Shanxi aged vinegar to the medicine powder and mix it into a paste, then add a little medicinal Vaseline and mix well. Then apply the prepared ointment to the patient's hyperplasia area, cover it with a layer of plastic paper and then stick gauze on it, and seal the gauze with wide adhesive tape. Change the dressing once every 2 days, and 10 times constitute a course of treatment.

3. Take 30 grams of white peony root, 12 grams each of papaya and licorice, 15 grams each of Millettia reticulata and Clematis chinensis. Take it in decoction, 1 dose per day. For cervical spondylosis, add 12 grams of Pueraria lobata; for thoracic spondylosis, add 12 grams of Cibotium barometz; for lumbar spondylosis, add 12 grams each of Eucommia ulmoides and Achyranthes bidentata (also suitable for joint diseases below the knee). This recipe uses a lot of white peony root. If the effect is not obvious, you can gradually increase the amount to 60 grams. If you have diarrhea, add 15 grams of fried Atractylodes macrocephala and 12 grams of Poria cocos, decocted in water and taken, 1 dose per day.

4. Use 4 Bungarus multiflorus, 72g of Clematis chinensis, 36g each of Angelica sinensis, Earthworm, Sanguisorba officinalis, Polygonum multiflorum, and Saposhnikovia divaricata, grind them into fine powder and sieve. Take twice a day, 3 grams each time, with warm water.

5. Take several live earthworms and add appropriate amount of white sugar to turn it into mucus. Apply it to the affected area, cover it with clean white paper, wrap the paper with white cloth, heat it to the appropriate temperature with a hot water bag, and heat it repeatedly until the mucus is scalded dry. Twice a day. This prescription is more effective in treating bone hyperplasia.

The above is an introduction to some folk remedies for treating bone spurs on the thigh, but these folk remedies can only alleviate the bone spur phenomenon. If you want to treat the bone spur phenomenon well, you still need to go to the hospital for treatment, because the effect of hospital treatment is better and relatively safe.
