This thing that happened to my body can actually take away my anger

Medical health research shows that not all diseases are harmful to the body. When pathogens invade the body or the body becomes diseased, the body will produce a defensive response, which is called "being sick". Therefore, being sick is not necessarily without benefit. The diseases introduced below are beneficial to the health of the body. Let’s take a look.

1. Fever:

Once the body temperature exceeds 37℃, it is considered a fever. Medical research has confirmed that the combat capability of immune cells increases with rising body temperature. At the same time, high body temperature also reduces the concentration of iron ions in the blood, resulting in insufficient supply of trace iron ions required for the growth of pathogens, thereby inhibiting the development of pathogens. These are the main forces in fighting disease, and drugs are only external aid. Therefore, if you take antipyretics as soon as a fever starts, it may make the condition worse.

When the body temperature does not exceed 38℃ and the spirit and appetite are not affected, you can place ice on the forehead to relieve discomfort. At the same time, drink more water, supplement vitamins and minerals in appropriate amounts, and eat some nutritious and light foods.

If the body temperature is higher than 38.5℃, or a low-grade fever persists, or is accompanied by rash, severe headache (how to treat headache), joint pain, or cramps, seek medical attention immediately.

2. Cough:

Coughing is one of the most common symptoms of the respiratory system. It is a protective measure of the human body and is beneficial to the body.

When the respiratory mucosa is stimulated by foreign objects, inflammation, secretions or allergic factors, it will reflexively cause coughing, which helps to eliminate foreign objects or secretions that invade the respiratory tract from the outside and eliminate respiratory irritants.

If you use cough suppressants as soon as you have a cough, the dirt that aggravates the inflammation will be retained in the respiratory tract, which is not conducive to eliminating the inflammation.

When coughing occurs, you should keep warm and drink plenty of water, and avoid spicy foods such as pepper and onions that irritate the respiratory tract.

If frequent coughing is accompanied by fever, chest pain, weight loss and other symptoms, seek medical attention immediately.

3. Nosebleed:

We can regard nosebleed as a way for the body to reduce heat.

When people drink less water, eat more spicy food, live in a dry environment, and have "heat" in their bodies, the body often chooses the weak nasal mucosa to "reduce heat" on its own. So don't worry when you have a nosebleed, it will stop on its own in a short time.

However, if the nosebleed continues after a period of time, you should get checked out as soon as possible. At this time, you can lean forward, let the blood flow naturally, and gently absorb the flowing blood with a tissue. If the amount is large, you can pinch the soft part of the nose for a few minutes, or raise the arm on the opposite side of the bleeding nostril to help stop the bleeding.

If your nose bleeds profusely, you should seek medical attention immediately. This is often caused by diseases such as vascular sclerosis and high blood pressure.

4. Diarrhea:

Diarrhea, especially when the stool has a foul odor, is often a sign that the body is excreting toxins from food or other sources.

When diarrhea comes, do not fall into the "treatment" misunderstanding, such as: use antidiarrheal drugs if you have diarrhea; think that diarrhea is inflammation and you should take anti-inflammatory drugs; take painkillers to relieve diarrhea pain; take medicine when it is serious and stop taking it when it stops; drink more water when you have diarrhea to replenish lost water; eat less when you have diarrhea and eat more after diarrhea, etc.

When you have diarrhea, you should take advantage of the situation, such as drinking a glass of hot water to help the intestines excrete toxins as quickly as possible.

If you have severe diarrhea, frequent urge to defecate, small amount of stool, spasmodic pain in the anus, or blood in the stool, or are accompanied by abdominal pain, fever, vomiting and other symptoms, you should seek medical attention immediately.

5. Vomiting:

Vomiting is also to expel substances harmful to the human body to reduce absorption. It is a defensive reflex of the body.

If you use drugs to stop vomiting at this time, harmful substances will remain in the body and endanger your health.

If it is simple vomiting, you should drink an appropriate amount of water to avoid water and electrolyte imbalance.

If it is accompanied by gastrointestinal discomfort, you should pay attention to massaging your stomach and abdomen while replenishing water.

Don't rush to eat after vomiting. You can do some exercise to stretch your body before eating.

If vomiting occurs repeatedly or is accompanied by other symptoms such as abdominal pain or fever, seek medical attention immediately.
