Lymphoma most commonly occurs in the neck. Generally, patients accidentally touch a painless lump and think it is caused by inflammation of the lymph nodes. Lymphoma is often accompanied by some inflammatory infiltration, but the lymphoma lumps are obviously different from inflammation: first, there are no inflammatory manifestations of redness, swelling, heat and pain; second, the lump feels like rubber, with a relatively hard texture and a relatively fixed position; third, the fever caused by malignant lymphoma is very different from the fever caused by inflammation. Lymphoma patients have no symptoms in the morning and have normal body temperature. The body temperature gradually increases after lunch and reaches its highest in the evening.

In fact, about 10% of lymphomas grow in organs other than lymph nodes, including the stomach, brain, lungs, breasts, nasal cavity, testicles, etc. In recent years, there has been a clear increasing trend in the number of patients with gastric lymphoma, some of which are caused by long-term chronic stimulation of Helicobacter pylori. This type of lymphoma does not require anti-cancer treatment in the early stages, and only anti-Helicobacter pylori treatment is needed to cure some patients.

Gastric lymphoma is the most common gastric malignancy besides gastric cancer.

It is often manifested by abdominal pain and bloating. People with symptoms should undergo gastroscopy as soon as possible, and endoscopic biopsy can be used for early detection.

Wang Huaqing said that individualized treatment is very important in the treatment of lymphoma , because the treatment plans for patients of different types, constitutions, and stages are different.

For patients in the early stage, radiotherapy is generally the first choice, and radiotherapy and chemotherapy can also be performed simultaneously; for patients in the middle and late stages, drug therapy or targeted drugs combined with chemotherapy is generally chosen.
