Symptoms and treatments of cystic acne

When I was young, I had all kinds of pimples on my face, but I never paid much attention to them. Sometimes they disappeared within a few days, and sometimes they went away just by applying some ointment. Life is better now, and there are more and more toxins in the body. It is not easy to cure acne on the face. Cystic acne is not only unpleasant but also leaves scars. How can it be treated?

The main symptoms are as follows:

1. Papular acne skin lesions are mainly inflammatory papules, and there may be a blackhead in the center of the papule or a sebum plug that has not turned black at the top.

2. The skin lesions of pustular acne are mainly pustules and inflammatory papules. Pustules often occur at the top of papules, and sticky pus can flow out after rupture.

3. Cystic acne forms a large number of sebaceous cysts of varying sizes, which are often followed by suppurative infection, rupture and pus discharge, and form sinus tracts and scars.

4. Atrophic acne papules or pustular lesions destroy the glands and cause pit-like atrophic scars.

5. Conglobate acne lesions are polymorphic, with many comedones, papules, pustules, cysts, abscesses, sinus tracts, scars, and keloids occurring in clusters.

6. Cachexic acne lesions are dark red or purple papules, pustules or nodules ranging in size from a needle tip to a broad bean. They are soft and contain pustules and blood. It progresses slowly, takes a long time to heal, and is painless. This type is more common in weak patients.

7. Nodular acne: When the inflammation site is deeper, pustular acne can develop into thick-walled nodules of varying sizes and light red or purple in color. Some are located deeper, while others are significantly raised and are hemispherical or conical in shape. It can exist for a long time, some are gradually absorbed, and some become purulent and ulcerated to form obvious scars.

Acne is a skin disease caused by inflammation of hair follicles and sebaceous glands. Treatment recommendations include oral antibiotics such as roxithromycin, metronidazole, and retinoic acid, and topical retinoic acid ointment.

Guidance: Eat more vegetables and fruits, eat less fat, sugar, spicy and other irritating foods, keep bowel movements smooth, avoid squeezing acne to avoid leaving scars. The diet should be light, eat more vegetables and fruits. ) It is advisable to eat more foods that clear away heat and dampness, and to avoid indirect transmission through used clothing. Pay attention to personal hygiene.

Whether it is acne or cyst, there is no need to panic. Just take the right medicine for the condition. There is also the issue of diet. Diet is very important. Sometimes the food you eat can really make you feel unwell. The second is the issue of personal hygiene. Personal hygiene is your daily habit and should be done every day. Since it is something you do every day, why not do it well? It shouldn’t be difficult to maintain good personal hygiene, right?
