Tui Na in Chinese medicine is a traditional massage technique, famous for its good effects, quick results and no side effects. Press and massage Yingxiang acupoint

[Operation skills] Use the middle finger to apply force, first clockwise and then counterclockwise, and massage the Yingxiang points on both sides of the nose for 20-30 times. At the same time, use the tip of the middle finger to pinch and push up the nose for 5-10 times. Then use the middle finger to push and rub both sides of the nose from the Yingxiang point to the Jingming point in the depression slightly above the inner canthus of the eye for 5-10 times.

[Effects] It has obvious effects of promoting qi and blood circulation, clearing the nose and opening the orifices, and is used to prevent and treat colds and other diseases.

【Notes】(1) Bend the tip of the middle finger slightly and apply force to a comfortable degree. Move the subcutaneous tissue together. The movements should be flexible, coherent and rhythmic.

(2) When pinching and squeezing the wings of the nose, the middle finger should be used to gently flick up and down, which can also relieve itching.

(3) When rubbing the sides of the nose, the movements should be slow and smooth, until the area becomes slightly red and warm.

Press and rub Sibai acupoint

[Operation skills] Use the middle finger to gently push and slide from the Yingxiang point to the Sibai point in the depression of the lower eye socket, and press and rub in clockwise and counterclockwise directions for 20-30 times until local soreness and swelling occur.

[Function] It has the effects of opening the orifices and improving eyesight, clearing the head, unblocking meridians and relieving pain, and removing spots and beautifying.

[Precautions] (1) The middle finger should slide deftly from Yingxiang to Sibai in a continuous motion with moderate force, being careful not to scratch the skin.

(2) Massage should be done with both hands at the same time and with equal force.

Press and rub the Jingming acupoint

[Operation skills] Use the middle finger to slowly push and rub from Sibai to Jingming acupoint, and press and rub in clockwise and counterclockwise directions for 20-30 times until you feel local soreness and swelling.

【Function】It has the effects of improving eyesight, refreshing the brain and invigorating the mind.

[Precautions] (1) The skin around the eyes is thin and lacks muscle tissue, so the manipulation should be gentle and dexterous.

(2) Use the fingertips to massage the area, and avoid pinching or scratching the skin.

Wipe the eye sockets

[Operation skills] Use the middle fingers of both hands to apply force, starting from the Jingming point at the inner canthus of both eyes, and make "8" circular movements along the upper and lower eye sockets for 10-20 times.

【Function】It has the effects of clearing the brain and improving eyesight, reducing wrinkles, eliminating visual fatigue, and beautifying the eyes.

[Precautions] (1) The muscles around the eyes are ring-shaped and the skin around the eyes is very thin. The technique should be gentle and not too hard. Gently massage around the eye sockets.

(2) The massage direction should follow the direction of the eye texture. When massaging the outer corner of the eye, work from the inside to the outside.
