Early symptoms of hemorrhoids

Early symptoms of hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids are the common name for hemorrhoids and are common in people who sit for long periods of time. Because people now prefer spicy taste, especially girls like to eat chili peppers. At the same time, office workers work from nine to five every day and spend a lot of time sitting on chairs for a long time during their daily rest time, which gives hemorrhoids a good opportunity to cause trouble. Long-term sitting, bad habits of smoking and drinking, long-term consumption of spicy food, and long-term constipation are all major causes of hemorrhoids.

The same saying can be applied to hemorrhoids as to toothache: "Hemorrhoids are not a disease, but the pain can be fatal!" It is difficult to sit or stand, and it is difficult to sleep or eat. Hemorrhoids are also divided into internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids, and mixed hemorrhoids, which refer to the different locations where hemorrhoids occur. Although we have often heard of hemorrhoids, we still do not have a deep understanding of them. Next, let us understand the main clinical manifestations of hemorrhoids.

1. The main symptom of hemorrhoids is blood in the stool, which may be painless, intermittent, fresh blood after defecation, blood dripping during defecation or blood on toilet paper, and may be aggravated by constipation, drinking or eating irritating foods.

2. Simple internal hemorrhoids are painless but only cause a feeling of heaviness and distension. They may bleed and develop into prolapse. Pain only occurs when combined with thrombosis, incarceration, and infection.

3. Internal hemorrhoids are divided into 4 degrees. ① Grade I bleeding during defecation, the bleeding stops on its own after defecation, and the hemorrhoids do not protrude from the anus; ② Grade II often has blood in the stool; the hemorrhoids protrude from the anus during defecation, and return to the anus automatically after defecation; ③ Grade III hemorrhoids require manual assistance to return to the anus after prolapse; Grade IV hemorrhoids remain outside the anus for a long time and cannot be returned to the anus; among them, internal hemorrhoids above Grade II often form mixed hemorrhoids, which are manifested by the simultaneous presence of symptoms of internal and external hemorrhoids, and may cause pain, discomfort, and itching. The itching is often due to the outflow of sticky secretions when the hemorrhoids protrude. The last three degrees often become mixed hemorrhoids.

4. External hemorrhoids usually have no special symptoms, but swelling and pain may occur when thrombosis and inflammation occur.

Data from the anorectal departments of Chinese hospitals show that the incidence of hemorrhoids in my country is extremely high. There is a saying that "nine out of ten men have hemorrhoids" and "ten out of ten women have hemorrhoids". Is there no way to prevent hemorrhoids? The answer is no. Of course there are ways to prevent it. You can increase physical exercise, walk more instead of sitting for long periods of time, and eat more fruits and vegetables that are good for moisturizing the intestines and promoting bowel movements. Keep your intestines moisturized and your anus clean, and hemorrhoids will stay away from you.
