In daily life, there are many reasons for fibroids. Any bad environment and lifestyle in life may lead to the occurrence of the disease. Therefore, it is necessary to discover the disease of fibroids and treat it quickly to avoid delaying the disease. Let's take a look at what tests can be used to detect fibroids through this article. It can determine the location, shape, size, etc. of the fibroid and help determine the nature of the fibroid. It is widely used, but its accuracy may be reduced when the fibroid is very small. There are three inspection methods: ① Ordinary X-ray fluoroscopy and radiography: commonly used for pulmonary fibroma, bone fibroma, and other fibromas adjacent to the lungs and invading bone tissue. ② Contrast examination: It is suitable for the parts where the X-ray contrast between fibroids and normal tissues is poor. For example, barium meal or barium enema can be used for digestive tract fibroids, which can show the barium filling defect and mucosal damage in the area where the fibroids are located; luminal stenosis, wall damage, etc. When necessary, foaming agents or gas injection can be used for contrast, or scopolamine can be used to relax smooth muscles (hypotonia) to improve image clarity. Contrast for other organs mostly uses iodine preparations (glucamine diatrizoate, Kangrui liquid, sulfonyl finger, etc.), which are injected intravenously, taken orally, can be intubated through endoscopes or selective vascular intubation, etc., and can show fibroids in the kidney, brain, gallbladder, liver, pancreas, etc. Gas can also be used alone as a contrast agent, such as pneumoencephalography and retroperitoneal pneumatic angiography to diagnose brain and retroperitoneal renal and adrenal fibroids. ③ Special contrast imaging: Tomography and fluorescence photography (indirect photography) are used for chest fibroids; selenium electrostatic X-rays and molybdenum target X-ray tube photography are used for breast fibroids. Computerized tomography (CT) is very meaningful for the early detection and positioning of deep fibroids, especially intracranial fibroids and intra-abdominal solid organ fibroids. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has the advantages of being harmless to the human body, having no ionizing radiation, being able to perform multi-directional tomography, and having high image resolution. Digital subtraction angiography (DSA) is valuable for the positioning of fibroids and the blood supply of fibroids. Here we would like to remind people with fibroids to seek medical treatment in time and receive treatment as early as possible to prevent the fibroids from becoming malignant. At the same time, you should maintain a good mood and not be depressed. There are more and more examinations for fibroids now, so you must follow the doctor's instructions and receive proper treatment. At the same time, I wish you a speedy recovery. |
