How should melanoma be treated?

The resection line should be slightly farther and deeper from the tumor. If the malignancy is low, less resection is needed. On the contrary, if the malignancy is high, more resection is needed. Generally, according to Ring's suggestion, the distance from the tumor body should be between 4 and 8 mm. However, some people have suggested that it can be more than 15 mm. If tumor tissue is still found in the tissue sent for examination, it can be resected and combined with other treatment methods. After the tumor is removed, the repair problem should be handled according to the specific situation.
