No follow-up treatment such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy is required after surgery, but regular follow-up is required.

How to treat cervical cancer stage IIIC1

Cervical cancer is a common malignant tumor in female gynecology. The 3C1 period belongs to a relatively late period. Generally speaking, the tumor may invade the vagina and cannot be directly operated on. Adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy can be performed first to control the development of the disease. If the installment can be reduced, there is still a chance of treatment after surgery. The main clinical symptom of cervical cancer is contact vaginal bleeding. Once the vagina is invaded, there may be irregular vaginal bleeding. In addition to surgical treatment, radiotherapy and chemotherapy can also prolong the survival of cervical cancer.

Can stage 3 cervical cancer be cured?

The staging standard for cervical cancer is as follows: Stage I: local involvement of the cervix, divided into Stage IA and Stage IB, IA is divided into IA1 and IA2, and IB is divided into IB1 and IB2; Stage II: paracervical involvement, divided into IA and IB. IA involves the upper vagina, and IB involves the paracervix; Stage III: the lower end of the vagina or the paracervix is ​​involved to the pelvic wall; Stage IV: the bladder mucosal surface or the rectal mucosal surface is involved. The five-year survival rate is >80% for Stage I, about 60% for Stage II, 20%-30% for Stage III, and about 7% for Stage IV. Stage III cervical cancer may be cured, but the probability is relatively low. Early detection and early treatment are the most important means of cancer.
