How to improve sexual function?

1. Prone stretch

Lie prone and stretch your body as far as possible, stretch your arms forward, lift your head slightly, stretch your arms forward as far as possible and stretch your feet backward as far as possible. Maintain each stretching movement for 10 to 15 seconds, then slowly relax.

2. Massage to strengthen the kidneys

(1) Press the Shenshu point

First, massage the Yongquan point on the sole of the foot. It is especially suitable to do this after washing your feet before going to bed. Massage each side 81 times. Next, press the Shenshu point (lower back area) and do circular massage with both hands 81 times. Again, massage the scrotum and lower abdomen, use one hand to massage from the lower part of the scrotum upwards, and use the other hand to massage from the navel downwards, and massage with both hands relative to each other for a total of 81 times. Generally, after the above massage, the penis can erect naturally.

(2) Groin massage

Before going to bed, place your hands on both sides of your groin (at the base of your thighs).

Gently massage with your palm in an oblique direction 36 times. You can do this several times a week. It has a certain effect on enhancing sexual desire and improving energy.

(3) Testicular massage

Rub your hands to warm them up, first hold both testicles with your right hand, with the right testicle in the palm of your hand and the left testicle on the ribbed surface of your thumb, index finger and middle finger, then gently rub them, turn to the right 30 to 50 times, and then gently rub them forward. You can also use the massage method, that is, first use one hand to tighten the scrotum and fix the external kidney, place the palm of the other hand on the testicles, and then rub gently until the testicles are slightly warm. This method is also known as the "external kidney in the sac" method and is highly praised by Chinese medicine health practitioners of all dynasties.

(4) Rub your ears

When you wake up in the morning, use your fingertips or the ribbed surface to gently rub the antihelix body and other ear parts on both sides in a circular motion, or apply pressure and kneading until you feel a slight swelling and pain in the area and a feeling of heat. This method has the effect of harmonizing yin and yang, unblocking qi and blood, and strengthening the kidneys and consolidating essence. It has been advocated by health experts of all generations.

(5) Climbing the feet to strengthen the kidneys

Lie on your back. Pull both hands from the knees to the hip joints, go up through the anterior fossa line to the head, cross both hands with palms facing up, straighten both feet, drop both hands in a straight line from above, stretch both hands forward, bend the upper body forward, move both hands to the Yongquan acupoints on the soles of the feet, straighten the feet with force, with hands and feet exerting opposite force, release the hands and let the body return to supine position. Repeat this 10 times, or as many times as you can according to your ability. This method has the effect of strengthening the waist and knees, nourishing the kidneys and consolidating essence.

(6) Massage the kidneys

Place both palms on the same side of the waist, rub back and forth from top to bottom for about 2 minutes, until a slight warmth forms deep inside the waist. Alternatively, make fists and hit the waist alternately with the backs of both hands with moderate force. About 100 times is best. The waist is the home of the kidneys. Massaging the kidneys is also known as "rubbing the semen gate." It has the effects of strengthening the kidneys, waist, essence and dredging the meridians.

(7) Lower abdominal friction

Before going to bed, place one hand on your lower abdomen below your navel and above your pubic bone. Put your other hand on your waist, then while pressing your waist, rub your lower abdomen slowly from right to left with your hand until you feel warmth in your abdomen.
