The main ingredient of this product is: diclofenac. Its chemical name is: [o-(2,6-dichloroaniline)]phenylacetic acid.

Properties:

This product is an enteric-coated tablet, which appears white or off-white after removing the coating.

Indications/Functions:

Suitable for acute and chronic rheumatoid arthritis, acute and chronic ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. Back pain, sprains, strains and other soft tissue injuries. Post-traumatic pain and inflammation, such as sprains, muscle strains, etc.

Dosage and Administration:

Oral administration: once a day, or 1 to 2 times a day, or as directed by a doctor, after meals.

Adverse reactions:

1. It can cause gastrointestinal reactions such as headache, abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, stomach burning, nausea, and indigestion. 2. Occasionally, headache, dizziness and vertigo may occur. Serum glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase (GOT) and serum glutamate pyruvate transaminase (GPT) were elevated. 3. Rarely, decreased renal function may lead to water and sodium retention, manifested by low urine volume, facial edema, sudden weight gain, etc. In rare cases, it can cause arrhythmia, tinnitus, etc. 4. Rare: rash, gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcer, hematemesis, melena, gastrointestinal ulcer, perforation, bloody diarrhea, drowsiness, allergic reactions such as asthma, hepatitis, edema. 5. It may cause bone marrow suppression or aggravate it.

Contraindications:

1. Use with caution in patients with blood system abnormalities, hypertension, and heart disease. 2. Because this product contains sodium, it should be used with caution in patients who restrict their sodium salt intake. 3. Patients with gastrointestinal symptoms or a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, or severe liver damage should be placed under close medical supervision if they need to use diclofenac. 4. Use with caution in patients with impaired heart or kidney function who are taking diuretics, patients recovering from major surgery, or patients who have lost extracellular fluid due to any reason. 5. If any obvious adverse reactions occur during medication, the medication should be discontinued. 6. For individual patients who require long-term treatment, liver function and blood count should be checked regularly. If liver damage occurs, the product should be discontinued. 7. Patients with a history of vertigo or other central nervous system diseases should not drive or operate machinery during the medication period. 8. Attention should be paid to the dosage and adverse reactions when used in combination with lithium preparations, digoxin, potassium-sparing diuretics, anticoagulants, hypoglycemic drugs and methotrexate. 9. Patients with low body weight should reduce the dosage of this product.

Drug Interactions:

Diclofenac may increase the plasma concentrations of digoxin and lithium-containing preparations and reduce renal excretion of methotrexate. Therefore, caution should be exercised when used in combination with these drugs.
