Invasive ductal carcinoma is classified according to the expression of cell molecular biological markers, such as endocrine receptor positive and negative.

How is grade II invasive breast cancer treated?

The treatment methods for invasive breast cancer are as follows: 1. Stage I and II breast cancer: surgical treatment is often chosen, and follow-up treatment is carried out according to endocrine therapy, targeted therapy, chemotherapy, etc. for stage II and III breast cancer with relatively large local advanced masses or axillary lymph node metastasis. Preoperative neoadjuvant therapy is preferred, and surgical treatment is performed after the tumor is reduced. Postoperative radiotherapy, endocrine therapy, targeted therapy, etc. are performed; 3. Stage IV breast cancer: systemic treatment is preferred, and local surgery is performed to determine whether intervention is required.
