Symptoms of brain hypoxia

Symptoms of brain hypoxia

Social development is a good thing, but at the same time it also has many disadvantages, such as the increasing pressure on us, which I believe is something no one wants to see. There is no way for us to escape from stress. We can only use stress relief as motivation and combine it with some stress relief methods to basically handle it. But when it is not handled properly, we often experience headaches and difficulty breathing. Sometimes headaches are just imaginary things in our heads, but headaches caused by lack of oxygen to the brain are real.

Brain hypoxia. Just these four words make people feel scared, because the brain is an important part of the human body. Brain hypoxia can cause various problems. So what are the symptoms of brain hypoxia? Let me introduce them below.

Once the human brain is deprived of oxygen, thinking will become slow, reactions will become slow, and people will feel sleepy. They will feel tired even without much physical exertion, and they will be mentally exhausted. They will have drastic mood swings and temperament changes, and they will be extremely sleepy but unable to fall asleep. In severe cases, there will be many of the above-mentioned symptoms of brain hypoxia.

When the oxygen concentration in the brain is 16%, the pulse will accelerate, headache, nausea, regurgitation, and decreased concentration will occur; when the oxygen concentration in the brain is 12%, the body will feel weak, dizzy, nauseous, and have a fever; when the oxygen concentration in the brain is 10%, the face will become pale, the mind will be confused, vomiting, and cyanosis (blue skin) will occur; when the oxygen concentration in the brain is 8%, drowsiness will occur; when the oxygen concentration in the brain is 6%, the body will have convulsions and respiratory arrest.

If you want to improve brain hypoxia, it is actually very simple. Just do what you want to do, do things that relax you, do things that make you happy physically and mentally, change your current pace of life, readjust your work and rest time, add half an hour to stretch twice to your busy schedule, go out for a 5-minute walk every hour to drink some water, look at the scenery, and take 20 deep breaths. Go have tea with old classmates and temporarily return to the carefree days of the past. Exercise 2 to 4 times a week.

Following the above method, we don’t have to be afraid if we encounter sudden cerebral hypoxia in real life, and we can take the correct approach to treat it. In addition, we should participate in more outdoor activities, try our best to keep a happy mood, and stay away from tobacco and alcohol. When you have nothing to do, you can stretch your waist more. When you are on vacation, you can lower your head to promote blood circulation in the brain. Only in this way can we better avoid the occurrence of cerebral hypoxia.
