Precursors of invasive breast cancer

Precursors of invasive breast cancer

1. Invasive breast cancer usually occurs in middle-aged and elderly women, manifested as breast lumps, nipple discharge, and if there is invasion of lymphatic vessels, it can cause local skin edema. The tumor can also invade the mammary ducts, which can cause nipple retraction or depression, often secondary infection, and may also invade surrounding tissues.

2. Invasive breast cancer is a disease that occurs after breast cancer develops to a certain stage. In the early stage of breast cancer, that is, the carcinoma in situ stage, there are no symptoms, and the growth of cancer cells is silent until it penetrates the basement membrane and infiltrates. The presence of infiltration indicates that cancer cells have invaded the surrounding normal tissues. After contacting normal tissues, cancer cells can metastasize to a large extent through the lymphatic system and blood system of the breast, so patients with invasive breast cancer need to continue treatment after surgery.

3. Invasive breast cancer is more serious, and the cancer cells have penetrated the basement membrane of the mammary duct or lobular alveolus and invaded the stroma. The prognosis of invasive special type cancer is moderate, with a 5-year survival rate of about 70% and a 10-year survival rate of about 60%. The prognosis of invasive non-special type cancer is relatively poor, with a 5-year survival rate of about 60% and a 10-year survival rate of about 40%. The use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat breast cancer can not only effectively improve the patient's life and quality of life, but also has the most ideal treatment effect. It is recommended to cooperate with the traditional Chinese medicine ginsenoside Rh2 to alleviate symptoms, improve the patient's immune function, and strive for conditions for treatment.
