The early symptoms of lymphoma include:

First, lymphoma often initially presents as asymptomatic superficial lymphadenopathy. 60% to 80% of Hodgkin's disease patients and 30% to 40% of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma patients may first present with cervical lymphadenopathy.

Second: 20%-35% of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas have primary lesions in organs and tissues other than lymph nodes, such as tonsils, tongue base, nasopharynx, gastrointestinal tract, mediastinum, liver, spleen, bones and skin, etc. Lymphomas are most common in the lymph nodes of the pharyngeal ring system, and a series of corresponding symptoms appear depending on the organs or systems invaded.

Third: The early manifestation of malignant lymphoma is mainly the swollen lymph nodes felt on the body, which are not painful or itchy in the early stage, so they are often ignored. About 60% of lymphomas are mainly found in the swollen lymph nodes of the neck. At the beginning, only one swelling occurs, and gradually the number increases and the swelling becomes larger.

Fourth: If lymphoma invades the bone marrow, the early manifestations of malignant lymphoma may include pale complexion, fever, abnormal bleeding, etc., and abnormal lymphocytes may occasionally be seen in the peripheral blood.
