Clinically, the early symptoms of malignant renal cancer mainly include hematuria and abdominal pain, etc. These symptoms are often not very obvious, so they are difficult to detect. Urine is also the most intuitive basis for judging kidney disease. Hematuria is one of the early symptoms of renal cancer. If the hematuria is severe, blood clots may form, leading to ureteral obstruction and possible renal colic. A mass may form. Kidney cancer is prone to mass formation, which is located under the upper abdominal ribs and can move up and down with breathing. The examiner can touch the tumor itself or the lower pole of the kidney pushed by the tumor. If the mass is fixed, it means that the tumor has invaded the organ structure around the kidney.
