Early symptoms of cervical cancer

The early symptoms of cervical cancer may vary from individual to individual, generally including lower abdominal discomfort, irregular vaginal bleeding, abnormal vaginal discharge, systemic symptoms, etc.

1. Lower abdominal discomfort: Cervical cancer patients may experience lower abdominal discomfort in the early stages, mainly manifested as lower abdominal distension or pain, which sometimes radiates to the waist or legs.

2. Irregular vaginal bleeding: This is a common symptom of early cervical cancer, which usually manifests as contact bleeding, such as bleeding after sexual intercourse. At this time, there will also be abnormal symptoms such as prolonged menstruation, increased bleeding, or vaginal bleeding between two menstrual periods.

3. Abnormal vaginal discharge: In the early stages of cervical cancer, there may be abnormal vaginal discharge, including white or bloody discharge, or even watery discharge with a fishy odor. This abnormal condition may be an early sign of cervical cancer.

4. Systemic symptoms: Early cervical cancer may be accompanied by systemic symptoms, such as fever, fatigue, weight loss, etc.

If women experience one or more of the above symptoms, it is recommended to seek medical attention in time for examination so as to detect and treat cervical cancer at an early stage.

Women should relax and not be anxious or nervous. Regular PAP tests and HPV virus tests are the key to preventing cervical cancer.
