The symptoms of advanced lung cancer turning into liver cancer generally include abdominal pain, jaundice, gastrointestinal symptoms, and systemic manifestations.

1. Abdominal pain: The most common symptom of liver cancer is persistent or intermittent swelling or dull pain in the right upper abdomen. If the lesion invades the diaphragm, the pain may involve the right shoulder or right back. When the cancerous nodules on the surface of the liver rupture, it will suddenly cause severe abdominal pain, which will quickly extend from the liver area to the entire abdomen.

2. Jaundice: It usually occurs in the late stage of liver cancer, and its main manifestations are yellowing of the skin and sclera. Some patients may also experience skin itching.

3. Gastrointestinal symptoms: Patients may experience symptoms such as loss of appetite, indigestion, nausea, and vomiting. Ascites or portal vein cancer thrombus may cause symptoms such as abdominal distension and diarrhea.

4. Systemic manifestations: Patients may experience progressive weight loss, fever, fatigue and malnutrition. A few patients in the late stage may develop malignant lesions with extreme weight loss and weakness. Fever is usually low-grade, occasionally reaching 39°C or above, which is continuous or afternoon low-grade fever or relaxation high fever. The temperature exceeds 39°C and the temperature difference within a day is more than 2°C.
