Gastric cancer

1. Upper abdominal pain

In the early stage, it is mostly dull pain or discomfort, and in the late stage, there may be severe pain. The pain is irregular, but it gets worse after meals. However, in some patients, the pain is similar to that of ulcers, which can be relieved by antacids.

2. Discomfort and fullness in the upper abdomen.

3. Loss of appetite, aversion to greasy meat, but likes to eat and can still eat as usual, anorexia in the late stage.

4. Cardiac cancer may present as a feeling of obstruction under the xiphoid process when swallowing. 5. Symptoms such as anorexia, weight loss, progressive anemia, pyloric obstruction, persistent black stools, ascites, upper abdominal mass, cachexia, etc. may develop to the late stage.

6. There are no obvious positive signs in the early stages.

VII. Late Stage

1. The lumps are mostly located in the upper abdomen, are hard and sometimes resemble the left lobe of the liver, and can be easily mistaken for liver cancer.

2. Symptoms and signs such as hard lymph nodes, cancerous ascites, and cancer metastasis to the liver, lungs, and ovaries can be felt in the left clavicle.

Gastric cancer has no specific symptoms in the early stages and is easily confused with symptoms such as chronic gastritis, gastric ulcer, and indigestion; when symptoms become obvious, it is often in the late stages.
