How to distinguish early and late stages of bladder cancer

How to distinguish early and late stages of bladder cancer

Cystitis must be treated actively regardless of its early or late stages, especially in the early stages when treatment is effective. In the late stages, it can lead to death and even induce other physical illnesses, so it should not be neglected, especially in the late stages when treatment will have a much worse effect.

Early stage bladder cancer

1. The most common early stage usually has no obvious symptoms, and blood in the urine can be seen with the naked eye. This is a symptom of bladder cancer toxic heat. In particular, every bladder cancer patient will have this symptom. Generally, bladder cancer hematuria is painless and intermittent, and most of the time it is a case of full-course hematuria, and a few are terminal hematuria, and it is also accompanied by frequent urination and even urgency.

2. Frequent urination and urgency may also occur. If the bladder cancer tumor grows in the trigone of the bladder, it is easy to irritate the bladder and the symptoms will appear relatively early, especially in the case of unexplained hematuria. This may be the earliest sign of cystitis.

Advanced bladder cancer

1. Hematuria. This is the most typical symptom, especially in the late stages. The symptoms are also very obvious, and will eventually cause anemia, and even physical weakness and weight loss.

2. Cancer pain may also occur, especially in the late stages. Cancer may also cause pleural and sternal pain. In severe cases, the whole body pain may be unbearable.

3. In the late stage, urinary retention may occur. There is a large amount of urine in the bladder that cannot be discharged, and the bladder or urethra is blocked. The main manifestation is an inability to urinate, and urine may not be discharged for a week. These are typical symptoms.

These are the symptoms of early and late stage bladder cancer, and they are quite significant. If discovered, it is best to actively treat them. At the same time, do not hold urine in your life, drink an appropriate amount of water, and have regular check-ups. For patients with bladder cancer, active treatment should be carried out in the early stages, and the effect will be quite significant.
