Three symptoms indicate stomach cancer

Regarding gastric cancer, although there are no exact three symptoms that can directly determine gastric cancer, stomach pain, loss of appetite and weight loss, bleeding and black stools are more common in gastric cancer patients and can serve as warning signs.

1. Stomach pain: Stomach pain caused by gastric cancer is usually caused by tumors invading the gastric mucosa or stomach wall, leading to local inflammation, ulcers or nerve irritation. In the early stages of gastric cancer, it may manifest as upper abdominal discomfort, dull pain or pain in the heart. As the disease progresses, the pain may gradually worsen and persist. In addition to surgical treatment, patients need to maintain good eating habits and eat more nutritious and easily digestible foods. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy can also be used to control the progression of the disease.

3. Bleeding and black stools: Bleeding from gastric cancer is usually caused by rupture of the tumor surface or invasion of blood vessels.

Pathogenic process: Small amounts of bleeding may be manifested as positive stool occult blood, while heavy bleeding may cause vomiting blood and black stools. It may be accompanied by symptoms such as anemia, dizziness, and fatigue. For bleeding symptoms, it is necessary to stop bleeding in time and find out the cause of bleeding. Surgery is a radical method, and chemotherapy and radiotherapy can be used for auxiliary treatment. At the same time, patients need to maintain adequate rest and nutritional support.
