Depending on the specific clinical manifestations of lung cancer patients, the care and treatment we provide to lung cancer patients are also different. However, no matter what treatment and care methods are used, we need to do a good job of pain care, oral care and even skin care for patients. Although the following experts do not elaborate on the three points discussed, we can provide symptomatic treatment. (1) Patients with hemoptysis should follow routine nursing care for hemoptysis. (ii) Pain care: Provide a comfortable position for the patient, divert his/her attention, and administer painkillers as prescribed by the doctor when necessary. (3) Oral care to prevent infection. (IV) Skin care to prevent pressure ulcers. (V) Patients with superior vena cava obstruction cannot undergo upper limb venous puncture. They should rest in a semi-sitting position and observe the edema of their face and upper limbs. 6. Theory of chemotherapy 1. Before chemotherapy, the patient should be evaluated for oral ulcers, periodontitis and other infections, and active treatment should be given to prevent the occurrence of infection. After chemotherapy is prescribed, the patient should be educated and sign the chemotherapy informed consent form and pICC consent form. 2. Observe the adverse reactions of the drug, including gastrointestinal toxicity, bone marrow suppression, hair loss, toxic reactions of the heart, lungs, kidneys, nervous system, skin, and allergic reactions, and instruct patients to drink plenty of water, 2500-3000 ml per day. 3. Treatment of drug extravasation: Flush the catheter with 100 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution before and after chemotherapy to ensure the patency of the vein. Observe the speed of the liquid and whether there is redness or swelling at the puncture site. If drug extravasation is found, stop the fluid replacement immediately and pump back the extravasated drug solution. Do not apply hot compresses. Apply local blockade or apply Hirudoid ointment externally. 4. Patients with pICC should receive postoperative care according to pICC catheterization. 5. Observe the changes in blood routine and biochemistry, promptly understand the decrease in white blood cells and platelets and other abnormal conditions, and report to the doctor in time. What kind of care measures should be given to patients with lung cancer is based on the patient's specific condition. Most patients with lung cancer have a history of smoking, which requires patients to change their bad living habits. Then patients also need to pay attention to improving their own resistance, because many malignant tumors have relatively low resistance when receiving treatment. |
