What are the symptoms of male breast cancer? Three common causes of breast cancer

Although breast cancer is a high-incidence female malignancy, it can also occur in men, so prevention work requires not only male and female preparation. Let's take a look at the symptoms of male breast cancer. Do you know the symptoms of male breast cancer? When it comes to breast cancer, everyone will think of female friends. In fact, men can also get breast cancer, which is just very rare. So, what are the symptoms of male breast cancer? Symptoms of male breast cancer The symptoms of male breast cancer are mainly painless lumps under the areola. 20% of patients have nipple inversion, scabs, and Huaihe discharge. The boundaries of the lumps are often unclear, with early skin or pectoral muscle adhesions, and axillary lymph node metastasis rates. The pathological manifestations of male breast cancer are similar to those of female breast cancer. The vast majority are invasive ductal carcinomas. There is no lobular tissue in the male breast, so there is no pathological report of lobular carcinoma in situ. The treatment of male breast cancer symptoms is the same as that of female breast cancer, but because the male breast tissue is smaller and is prone to early invasion of the pectoral muscle, the surgical method should be based on radical or extended radical treatment. Endocrine therapy is used in advanced or recurrent cases, and the effect is better than that of female breast cancer. The main treatment method is bilateral orchiectomy, with an efficiency of 50%~60%. The reason why the treatment efficiency is so high is that nearly 84% of tumor tissues are ER positive. The average effective period is 12 months. If the patient is unwilling to undergo orchiectomy, or the disease recurs after orchiectomy, female hormones, male hormones or TAM can be taken to achieve good results. This additive endocrine therapy will produce good results when the patient shows that orchiectomy is ineffective. The efficiency of this second-line endocrine therapy is between 30% and 50%. Chemotherapy is only used for endocrine therapy, including removal and addition. After failure, it should be started, and the medication and administration of male breast cancer symptoms are equivalent to female breast cancer. What are the causes of breast cancer? 1. Endocrine dysfunction: Although breast cancer can occur at any age, it is more common around menopause. At this stage, due to changes in ovarian function, women can change the hormone levels in their bodies. The abnormal increase in estrogen can stimulate sensitive breast tissue, causing breast tissue cells to proliferate and become cancerous. 2. Canceration of benign breast diseases: breast fibrosis, intraductal papilloma, and nipple hemorrhage should be treated in time. Although the canceration rate of these benign diseases is not high, they often occur clinically, especially intraductal papilloma. 3. Changes in genetic factors and disease resistance: The body has an immune detection system that can remove external stimuli and its own mutated cancer cells to maintain its own stability. Breast cancer is prone to occur when the body's immune function declines and carcinogens and mutated cells caused by carcinogens cannot be removed in time. In addition, the incidence of breast cancer in women with a positive family history is higher than that of normal women, especially first-degree relatives. Patients with malignant tumors such as ovarian cancer, lung cancer, and prostate cancer also increase the risk of breast cancer. 9: Breast cancer not only occurs in women, but men also have breast function, so even if it rarely occurs, corresponding prevention work should be done.
