How to detect liver metastasis? Learn about liver metastasis

How to check for cancer metastasis is a topic of great concern to many cancer patients. To put it simply, for example, if you are suffering from liver cancer and are undergoing treatment, and no tumors are found in other parts of the body after multiple physical examinations, then it means that the cancer cells have not metastasized.

As the times progress and society continues to develop, people's living standards continue to improve, and the pressure of life is getting greater and greater. Many people start drinking. As a result, people's livers are getting worse and worse, and there are more and more patients with liver cancer. Although there are many treatments for liver cancer, they cannot prevent the metastasis of cancer cells. The metastasis of liver cancer is also very common. Many liver cancer patients are curious about how to determine liver metastasis. Let me explain it to you next.
1. If cancer is confirmed to have metastasized, the best treatment is to adopt Chinese medicine conditioning to prolong life. Avoid too much treatment, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy. These measures are actually very painful for the patient and cannot cure the disease.
2. Because of the extensive blood vessels and blood flow transfer, these are generally multiple, forming multiple masses with clear edges. Implantation metastasis is usually seen in malignant tumors of the internal organs. After the tumor cells fall off the outer surface of the organ, they attach to the adjacent organs, and their surface grows into tumor nodules of varying sizes.
3. The simplest method is abdominal color ultrasound, which is also the preferred method in clinical practice. Color ultrasound can show concentric ring-like stratification and weak echo halo at the edge, which is called "bull's eye sign". The method to check liver metastasis of lung cancer is to use abdominal computed tomography (CT). CT has now become a routine method for diagnosing liver metastasis of lung cancer. The boundaries of the lesions presented by CT plain scan are clearer, mostly low-density circular. Liver cancer patients can undergo selective celiac artery and hepatic artery angiography to check whether liver metastasis has occurred. However, due to the limitations of medicine, selective arterial angiography can be considered for patients whose intrahepatic space-occupying properties are difficult to determine, whose lesions are large, and who are suspected of having satellite metastatic cancer lesions in the liver, so as to facilitate the next step of treatment. If it is determined that a malignant tumor has been diagnosed after examination, it is necessary to avoid stimulation, do not touch or squeeze frequently, and do not apply hot compresses or physical therapy to prevent cancer cells from falling off. In addition, blood viscosity should be prevented.
