Patients with fibroids should not exercise excessively

Patients with fibroids should not exercise excessively. The ultimate goal of people participating in fitness exercises is to achieve their own physical and mental health. In fitness exercises, once excessive exercise occurs, it will lead to fitness exercises in vain and cause harm to health. Today we will take a look at why patients with fibroids should not exercise excessively:

1. Excessive exercise for a long time can make people mentally dependent. Excessive exercise can increase the amount of a "morphine-like substance" produced by the human body. This substance is released into the blood in large quantities, making people feel excited and suppressing various discomforts and pains. Over time, it will become addictive. Once you stop exercising, you will feel depressed, irritable, anxious and other uncomfortable feelings. Excessive exercise can also inhibit reproductive function, causing women to have irregular menstruation, endometriosis, and men to be infertile. Therefore, for fitness exercises such as long-distance running, swimming, mountain climbing, etc., you should pay attention to the right amount and not blindly do too much, otherwise it will be detrimental to your health.

2. Excessive exercise can damage the body's immune function and affect health. When people exercise vigorously, they can produce immunosuppressive proteins and cause immune cell apoptosis, which can reduce the number of immune cells, lymphocytes, and neutrophil function, ultimately leading to reduced immunity. When the body's immune capacity is reduced, it is easy to catch a cold, pneumonia, and gastrointestinal infectious diseases when attacked by bacteria and viruses.

3. Excessive exercise can cause a decline in exercise capacity. Excessive exercise will reduce the functions of various organ systems and increase the incidence of exercise-induced anemia, which is mostly iron deficiency anemia, and the cause is unknown. In turn, anemia can cause insufficient exercise capacity, decreased body reaction ability, reduced sense of balance, and reduced muscle elasticity. As soon as you arrive at the sports venue, you will feel dizzy and nauseous, accompanied by symptoms such as decreased appetite, insomnia, irritability, constipation, depression, anxiety, and susceptibility to colds, all of which may affect the normal performance of exercise capacity.

4. Excessive exercise can increase the chance of injury. Excessive exercise can cause central nervous system fatigue and decreased cerebral cortex function. Exercisers will experience slow reactions, misjudgment, lack of concentration, and uncoordinated movements, which will increase the chances of falling and being injured during exercise.

Overloaded intense exercise can induce accidents. People who have not received special training should exercise at an appropriate intensity and try to avoid sudden overloaded exercise. Overloaded exercise can overload the heart and circulatory system, and the amount of blood and oxygen required will suddenly increase, while the supply will be relatively reduced. In this state of blood and oxygen supply exceeding demand, the heart of the exerciser will experience acute ischemia, followed by cardiac arrest and interruption of cerebral blood flow.
