According to the static tension and active movement of the facial muscles, the condition is divided into the following three levels: if the distance between the palpebral fissures and the corners of the mouth of the patient is 2mm, the nasolabial groove becomes shallow, there is no ectropion and incomplete closure, the forehead wrinkling force is weak, the canines and the entire width of the second upper incisor can be seen, and it is difficult to whistle, then it is mild facial paralysis; if the distance between the palpebral fissures and the corners of the mouth of the patient is more than 3mm, the lower eyelid is everted, the nasolabial groove is small, there are no wrinkles when wrinkling the forehead, the eyelids cannot be closed, only one canine is exposed, and it is impossible to whistle, then it is severe facial paralysis; if the patient's condition is between the above two situations, it is moderate facial paralysis.

Treatment principles
