How to use

The experimental results show that in the six bacterial cultures by machine disinfection method, three of them reported that the bacteria filled the plate, which was calculated as 2,500 bacteria per cm2 in statistical processing, and the other three reported 404, 100, and 256 bacteria per cm2 respectively; after 10 bacterial cultures by vertical hanging immersion disinfection, no bacterial growth was found. After statistical processing: t=7.5, P<0.000 5, the difference was statistically significant.
