Wash the japonica rice and put it into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until half cooked, then add finely ground chrysanthemum, continue to simmer over low heat until the rice is soft and becomes porridge. Take twice daily with dinner. (3) Mung bean and kelp porridge: 100 grams each of mung beans and kelp, and an appropriate amount of rice. Chop the kelp into pieces and cook it with the other two ingredients into porridge. It can be eaten as dinner for a long time. (4) Lotus leaf porridge: 1 fresh lotus leaf, 100 grams of polished rice, and a little rock sugar. Wash the fresh lotus leaves and boil them into soup. Then use the lotus leaf soup to cook porridge with rice and rock sugar. Eat warm food for breakfast and dinner. (5) Peanuts soaked in vinegar: Soak raw peanuts in vinegar and eat them after 5 days. Eat 10 to 15 peanuts every morning. It can lower blood pressure, stop bleeding and lower cholesterol. (6) Sweet and Sour Garlic: Soak several garlic cloves in sugar and vinegar for more than one month. Eat six cloves of garlic and drink 20 ml of the sweet and sour juice every day for one month. This is suitable for treating refractory hypertension. |
