What's the matter with the blisters on the palms of my hands?

Disgusting blisters are also called dyshidrosis. This is a type of blister that appears inexplicably on the palm of your hand. It is usually more severe in summer or autumn, and will be alleviated in spring or winter. There is mainly no skin damage reaction on the large and small edges, but it may crack and leak water due to scratching, so try not to touch it with your hands casually.

First, let’s understand what herpes is:

Dyshidrotic eczema, also known as dyshidrotic eczema, is a blistering disease of the palms and soles of the feet. This disease often occurs in late spring and early summer, worsening in summer and healing on its own in winter.

Symptoms of sweat herpes:

Typical skin lesions are small blisters located deep in the epidermis, the size of rice grains, hemispherical, slightly higher than the skin surface, with no inflammatory response, scattered or clustered on the palms, sides and fingertips, rarely on the back of the hands and soles of the feet, and often distributed symmetrically. The blisters contain clear serous fluid and generally do not rupture on their own. After drying, they peel off and reveal the red new epithelium, which is thin and tender and often painful. The surrounding skin was normal. This disease has varying degrees of itching and burning sensation.

Symptoms of herpes zoster:

Dyshidrotic eczema has a certain degree of self-healing and seasonality.

Seasonality: Dyshidrosis appears when the weather is hot and disappears naturally when the weather turns cooler.

Self-healing: The blisters of dyshidrotic eczema will heal naturally after they dry up and peel off, but they will grow again after a period of time. Since it can heal on its own, many people don't pay attention to it at the beginning, resulting in the itching getting worse and the blisters increasing year by year. They only start to pay attention to treatment when the peeling becomes serious.

Reasons why sweat herpes is difficult to eliminate again and again:

Many drugs can cure dyshidrotic eczema, but they only eliminate the external symptoms and do not address the root cause, so it may heal this year but will grow again next year. In fact, dyshidrotic eczema is a chronic symptom caused by toxins in the sweat gland ducts, which cause sweat retention and infection with bacteria. Therefore, to completely eliminate the symptoms of dyshidrotic eczema, fundamental adjustments are required, and it takes a certain process and period. However, many dyshidrotic eczema patients do not have enough patience and no longer care after the symptoms disappear.

Completely eradicate dyshidrotic eczema without recurrence:

To completely get rid of dyshidrotic eczema, you can apply sweat foam eliminater externally. It has high penetration efficiency, quickly unclogs the sweat gland ducts, and effectively inhibits pathogenic bacteria on the skin surface. After the symptoms are eliminated, it will take a period of consolidation to completely regulate the sweat gland ducts and completely get rid of dyshidrotic eczema and prevent recurrence.

If the patient has excessive sweating of hands and feet, 1% calamine lotion can be applied externally; if the peeling is more serious, oral vitamin B complex can be taken to help eliminate the symptoms early.
