How to diagnose prostate cancer

How to diagnose prostate cancer

Many people are confused about how to diagnose prostate cancer. In fact, we say that there are three main methods for diagnosing early prostate cancer, including rectal digital examination, rectal digital examination, and rectal digital examination. So, how to diagnose prostate cancer? In order to give patients a deeper understanding, let us learn more about relevant medical knowledge.

First of all, we say that in the early stage of prostate cancer, due to the localization of the tumor, most prostate cancer patients have no obvious symptoms. It is often discovered accidentally during physical examinations, and can also be found in surgical specimens of benign prostatic hyperplasia. However, we have observed that as the tumor continues to develop, prostate cancer will have a variety of different symptoms, mainly in three aspects. First, obstructive symptoms can include dysuria, urinary retention, pain, hematuria or urinary incontinence. Second, local invasive symptoms often involve the bladder-rectum space first. Third, other metastatic symptoms Prostate cancer is prone to bone metastasis, which may be asymptomatic at the beginning, and prostate cancer may not be discovered until medical treatment due to nerve compression or pathological fractures caused by bone metastasis.

So, how to diagnose prostate cancer? We found that there are no symptoms in the early stage of prostate cancer. During physical examination, we can find prostate nodules, which are hard as stone and have an uneven surface. But in the late stage, there may be symptoms of prostate hypertrophy, such as frequent urination, painful urination, thinning urine flow, and difficulty urinating. We say that it may be related to the concurrent prostate hypertrophy. We found that at this time, patients may also have metastatic symptoms such as low back pain, hematuria, accompanied by weight loss, fatigue, loss of appetite and other symptoms. Secondly, we say that prostate puncture biopsy can be used as a method to diagnose prostate cancer. Failure to puncture and remove tumor tissue cannot negate the diagnosis.

Well, through the introduction above, I believe everyone has a certain understanding of how to diagnose prostate cancer. We say that everyone must establish the determination to defeat the disease, maintain an optimistic attitude, develop good living habits, and avoid excessive worry and aggravate the condition.
