Research shows that if women exercise regularly, eat healthily and drink coffee regularly, their risk of cervical cancer will be reduced. Cervical cancer is the fourth most common cancer in women in the UK, but at least half of it can be prevented by maintaining a healthy weight and exercising regularly. If women exercise for at least 30 minutes a day and maintain a healthy weight, they can significantly reduce their risk of cervical cancer. The World Cancer Research Fund found that women who drink coffee every day have a lower risk of cervical cancer. However, some experts believe that there is insufficient evidence to recommend drinking coffee to fight cervical cancer. |
