Can uterine cancer be diagnosed without pathology?

Can uterine cancer be diagnosed without pathology? Doctors generally make diagnoses based on clinical experience, and the specific diagnosis should be based on the results of pathological examination. Uterine cancer, like other cancers, is not easy to detect. Uterine cancer is a common disease in women, and often presents with symptoms such as abnormal vaginal discharge and vaginal bleeding. For patients, these are very common gynecological symptoms. Patients are generally diagnosed through gynecological examinations, so what tests do women need to do to diagnose uterine cancer?

Women need to do the following tests to diagnose uterine cancer:
Hysteroscopy to diagnose uterine cancer: This method of uterine cancer examination can detect endometrial cancer at an early stage, which is helpful for the location and staging of uterine cancer. Biopsy can be performed under the guidance of microscopic specimens, and precursor lesions of endometrial cancer can be tracked and observed.
Immunological examination to confirm uterine cancer: Detecting the value of monoclonal antibody corresponding antigen (CA125) in endometrial spray fluid may become an auxiliary method for uterine cancer examination in menopausal women.
Vaginal cytology is a very important method for diagnosing uterine cancer. The accuracy of smear test of specimens taken from the posterior fornix of the vagina is only about 50%. The accuracy of smear test of specimens taken from the cervical canal can reach 75%.
TCT examination confirms uterine cancer: TCT cervical cancer cell examination has a high detection rate for uterine cancer cells, and can also detect some precancerous lesions, microbial infections such as mold, trichomonas, viruses, chlamydia, etc. Cervical TCT examination significantly improves the detection quality of cervical cell samples, and improves the satisfaction of specimens and the detection rate of abnormal cervical cells.
